Season Training nights & times

Thursdays

5:30-6:30pm - Open Girls & Juniors
6:30-7:30pm - Div 3 Men & Women
7:30-8:30pm - Div 2 Men & Women

Please be assured everyone will have a safe and appropriate space to train. If you have any concerns please chat to a committee member
Please arrive 15 min before your allotted time to warm up and be ready to get on the turf for the start of your session
