6.30-7.30pm Men

**Dinner n Drinks 1 night a month (pay your own way) at Parkwood Village (Olsen Ave - just up the road from the GCHC), dates to be advised each month**

Please be assured everyone will have a safe and appropriate space to train. If you have any concerns please chat to a committee member
Please arrive 15 min before your allotted time to warm up and be ready to get on the turf for the start of your session
